Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship in-stock items. Please note that the fulfillment time could vary especially for pre-orders, or during sales and holiday seasons. We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. If you do not receive shipment notification, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Shipping within Canada: Orders are qualified for free shipping once the pre-tax and after discount total reaches $180CAD. For orders under $180CAD, Flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies to orders shipping to Canada. Delivery standard is 3 -7 business days.

Shipping to the US: Orders are qualified for free shipping once the pre-tax and after discount total reaches $180CAD. For orders under $180CAD, Flat rate shipping fee of $28 applies to orders shipping to US (except Hawaii). Delivery standard is 5 -10 business days. (P.O. Boxes cannot be used as shipping addresses)

Delivery days are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated Delivery Date will be provided by the shipping carriers in the tracking details once the package is picked up and it may vary by shipping destination.

Above the Table is not responsible for shipping delays, incomplete addresses, wrong addresses, lost, stolen, or damaged packages caused by weather conditions, local delivery errors, or delays while crossing international borders. We will assist you with filing claims with the shipping carrier when applicable.
